I have worked with individuals one on one in a variety of capacities for many years. My background is fitness training and social work, however both careers have taught me how our mental and physical health is directly impacted by our physical space and the environment we create for ourselves. A neat and functional space not only increases time for the things that matter, but also decreases feelings of anxiousness, and can help to improve overall mental clarity.
As a Mom, I understand how difficult it can be to keep your house in order. We can help create systems to make it easier to maintain.
